I'm incredibly fond of "California Stars" and "Walt Whitman's Niece", too. Can you count those?
it's so hard picking the best of wilco...."sunken treasure" "Muzzle of Bees" "Jesus ETC" "Cars Can't Escape". There's just too much, that's why they're my favorite band because they're all great songs.
I'd pick almost anything off of Summerteeth but lately it's been What Light off of Sky Blue Sky for me.
And what self respecting Wilco list doesn't have Casino Queen on it?
i seriously love the new album, i got it last week from a shop in philly that was sellin' it on friday instead of tuesday and i've just sorta fallen in love with wilco all over again. the last couple of albums have been kinda sleepers for me.. some good tracks but i didn't feel like they were solid albums. Wilco the album is awesome pretty much all the way through.
plus i love that they're smart about their vinyl packaging and include a cd (considering how cheap it is to make these things!!)
